Revaluation

Boro of Tuckerton

The Borough of Tuckerton has been ordered by the Ocean County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation to perform a revaluation program to be implemented for tax year 2019. The revaluation will ensure uniform and equitable assessments throughout the municipality and account for the recent changes in the real estate market. The Borough has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Thursday, December 6, 2018.

Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2019 assessment.

Meetings are being held at locations within the Borough. If you elect to schedule a meeting, the time and place of your meeting will be confirmed when making an appointment.
