The inspection and valuation phases have concluded.

Letters with the proposed 2016 assessments were mailed on October 15, 2015.

In addition to the proposed 2016 assessment, the letter contains instructions for scheduling an informal, private meeting to review the proposed assessment with a representative of Appraisal Systems.

These meetings are voluntary and will be held at a location in the Borough. In addition, phone meetings are available to seasonal property owners for whom an in-person meeting in the Borough would be an inconvenience. All meetings need to be scheduled in advance by calling (888) 493-8530. The date, time and location of your meeting will be confirmed at the time of your call.
