The inspection and valuation phases have concluded. Property values are being mailed beginning February 21, 2014.

If you have any questions or if you disagree with the preliminary valuation, you will have an opportunity to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a representative of Appraisal Systems Inc. to discuss your concerns. These meetings will be held on specific days at a meeting site in Wallington. A meeting can be scheduled at a time convenient to the property owner. The value letter will contain a number to call to schedule a meeting. A MEETING CANNOT BE SCHEDULED UNTIL AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR VALUE LETTER.

The interview process will be informal and will focus on a discussion of your property. It is important that all the information about your property is accurate. If you feel there are conditions that diminish the market value of your property, the interview is your opportunity to discuss such issues. All appropriate comments will be reviewed and considered to determine if an adjustment is required. After the end of the informal hearing process, you will be notified via First Class mail of the results of your informal hearing.
