Township of Rochelle Park

Project Status (as of January 15, 2026)

As directed by the Bergen County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation, the Township of Rochelle Park is revaluing all taxable real estate for the 2026 tax year to ensure uniform and equitable assessments. The Township has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Thursday, January 15, 2026.

Property owners can meet with a representative of Appraisal Systems, Inc. to review their new assessment. All meetings must be scheduled in advance. Schedule by calling (201) 493-8530 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M., within 5 business days of the receipt of your letter; or Schedule Online. Refer to your letter for log in information.

If you wish to request a copy of your property record card for your review, please email rochellepark@asinj.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your property record card.
