Mr. Del Guercio graduated from East Carolina University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and minor in History.

Real Estate Appraisal Education includes numerous coursework and Seminars conducted by East Carolina University, Rutgers University and The Appraisal Institute.

After graduating college in 1990, Mr. Del Guercio immediately entered the Real Estate Appraisal industry with Appraisal Systems, where he began work on mass appraisal assignments and URAR report writing for lending institutions. Within two years Mr. Del Guercio was responsible for the overall management and valuation of several municipal revaluations.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Del Guercio has been directly responsible for the values implemented in over 60 municipal revaluations throughout the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Del Guercio has also performed numerous narrative appraisals for County Boards of Taxation, The Tax Court of New Jersey, condemnation proceedings, the Bergen County Superior Court, various zoning and planning boards, lending institutions, municipal, county and state of New Jersey assignments, attorneys and numerous private clients.

Mr. Del Guercio received his Certified Tax Assessor Certificate in 1995 and became the Assessor in the Borough of Mountain Lakes in 1998 where he presently serves. He also served as the Assessor for the Township of East Hanover for two years.
