Directly responsible for all phases of Municipal Revaluations.
Participated in revaluations in several municipalities within the State of New Jersey.
Other duties include narrative appraisal assignments including the valuation of large tract vacant land, residential, commercial and industrial properties, sewer enhancement appraisals, appraisals for condemnation, green acres and farmland preservation purposes.
Qualified as an expert witness before the State Tax Court of New Jersey, the Essex County Board of Taxation, Morris County Board of Taxation, Passaic County Board of Taxation, Union County Board of Taxation, Somerset County Board of Taxation, Sussex County Board of Taxation, Hunterdon County Board of Taxation, Monmouth County Board of Taxation, Warren County Board of Taxation and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
