Appraisal Systems, Inc.: 1985-Present
After graduating college in 1990, Mr. Del Guercio immediately entered the Real Estate Appraisal industry full time with Appraisal Systems, where he began work on mass appraisal assignments and URAR report writing for lending institutions. Within two years Mr. Del Guercio was responsible for the overall management and valuation of several municipal revaluations.
Over the last 35 years, Mr. Del Guercio has been directly responsible for the values implemented in over several hundred municipal revaluations and reassessments throughout the state of New Jersey.
Mr. Del Guercio has also performed numerous narrative appraisals for County Boards of Taxation, The Tax Court of New Jersey, condemnation proceedings, the Bergen County Superior Court, various zoning and planning boards, lending institutions, municipal, county and state of New Jersey assignments, attorneys and numerous private clients.
